Mukul Ghosh

Mukul Ghosh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and product management across various reputable organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Support at Zscaler since November 2024, Mukul previously held the position of Senior Director of Technical Support (APAC) at NetApp from December 2021 to October 2024. Prior to that, Mukul was Vice President of Global Customer Care at Alvaria, Inc. and Director of Global Technical Support Services at CITRIX R&D INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. Additional experience includes roles at VMWARE SOFTWARE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, EMC Corporation, and HCL Technologies, demonstrating a robust background in enterprise technical support and service delivery. Mukul holds a Master of Business Administration in Systems from the Institute of Engineering and Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Shivaji University.
