Shaun Ghafouri

Shaun Ghafouri is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel roles, currently serving as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Zscaler since March 2014. In this position, Shaun leads a commercial legal team responsible for global contracts and data privacy programs. Previous roles include Associate General Counsel with time spent in London, Director of Legal, and Corporate Counsel at E2open, as well as contracts and procurement specialist positions at Siemens Industry, Inc. and Stanford Hospital & Clinics. Shaun began a legal career as an Associate Attorney at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP and has a Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University and a BA in English from the University of California, Davis.
