Theresa Lucius has extensive experience in customer success operations, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Customer Success Operations at Zscaler since July 2021. Prior to this role, Theresa held various positions at InVision from March 2018 to June 2021, including Senior Customer Success Operations Analyst and Customer Success Operations Analyst. Earlier in Theresa's career, significant contributions were made at ClearSlide from January 2012 to February 2018, where roles included Sr. Customer Success Manager, Sales and Services, Systems and Operations, and Customer Success Specialist, supporting a leading cloud-based sales communications platform. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Arts in German and Linguistics from The Ohio State University and studied at The University of Bonn.
