Jason Benitez has held various roles in the technology industry since 2002. Jason began their career as a Desktop Support II at UC Santa Cruz. In 2005, they joined PayPros Payment Solutions as a Manager, Tier II Technical Support, Manager, Product Services, and Product Manager & Trainer. In 2014, they became the Director - Contact Center at Central Payment. Since 2015, they have been a Sr Customer Support and Systems Engineer at zSpace, Inc., where they manage operations relating to the on-going support of multiple custom hardware/software solutions, oversees functions surrounding process development between multiple CRM tools, order processing systems, and ticketing systems, and conducts regular training and on-boarding of new hires.

Jason Benitez is currently enrolled in Evergreen Valley College. Jason also holds a CompTIA A+ certification, which they obtained in June 2003, as well as a Salesforce Profile from Trailhead by Salesforce.
