Jie Ren

Jie Ren is a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at ZT Systems since October 2021, recognized for establishing an internal Design Studio and improving engineering documentation processes. Jie has designed semi-automatic GPU Lifts, optimizing production and achieving significant cost savings, alongside initiatives that doubled packing throughput and reduced material transfer times. Prior experience at Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics included managing capital projects with a budget exceeding $200K, enhancing automated systems for efficiency, and substantial material cost reductions. Education includes a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University.
