Nasir Pasha

As the founder and managing attorney of Pasha Law, PC, Nasir Pasha serves as outside general counsel to Altus Community Healthcare, providing support in legal resource management, corporate governance and transactions, compliance management, legal risk management, litigation, contracting, and billing and collection efforts. Mr. Pasha and his team provide essential legal services to Altus Community Healthcare, ensuring that each transaction is brought to its best possible conclusion. Mr. Pasha earned his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, a private law school in San Diego, California, along with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from San Diego State University-California State University. In his spare time, he is a hobbyist PHP coder and volunteers for and campaigns on behalf of displaced refugees from around the world. He is also a sought-after legal commentator who produces and co-hosts his own legal podcast, “Legally Sound | Smart Business,” with fellow Pasha Law attorney Matt Staub. In the podcast, the two attorneys answer client questions and analyze current legal issues that have an impact on the business world. Mr. Pasha is licensed to practice law in the states of California, Illinois, New York, and Texas.
