Shenhao Ju

As an Investment Associate with ZT Corporate, Mr. Ju is an integral part of the company’s private equity deal team on the buy/sell-side of transactions. He specializes in healthcare and auto dealerships, performing valuation analyses and financial modeling for portfolio entities going through M&A activity on both the buy and sell sides. In his work for ZT Corporate, he creates CIM, pitchbooks, private placement, and other deal collateral; leads confirmatory diligence workstream; develops financial models; works with the investment team to create investment cases and model investment theses; consults with the portfolio management team to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making, and manages the financial analysts.

Mr. Ju joined the company in 2018, after serving as a private equity associate for three years with the Woodlake Group in New York City. There, he specialized in the education, industrial, and healthcare industries, involved in financial modeling, conducting research and deal origination, and portfolio management.

Mr. Ju holds an MS in Finance from Fordham University and a BS in Finance from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level III Candidate and is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
