Thomas Hain is a seasoned Network Design Engineer with over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently employed at o2 Germany since July 1998. As a Senior core network and voice services design engineer, Thomas Hain specializes in VoLTE technical leadership and network/service design, contributing significantly to the introduction of VoLTE at o2 Germany. Expertise includes mobile voice service design, mobile core network planning, technical contract negotiation, vendor relations, and budget planning. Prior to this, experience includes leading the design and migration of circuit switched core networks and involvement in national roaming projects. Thomas Hain began their career at T-Mobile, where responsibilities included creating specifications for IN services and implementing IN service solutions using Siemens technologies.
