Alba Lucía Olaya

Alba Lucía Olaya has an extensive work experience in the field of product design and UX/UI. Alba Lucía recently worked at Zubale as the Director of Product Design, where they were also previously the Head of Product Design. Before that, they worked at La Haus as a Senior Product Designer. Alba Lucía also has experience at Acsendo as a Senior UX/UI Designer. In addition, Alba has teaching experience as an Adjunct Professor at LCI Bogotá - Institución de Educación Superior and as a Teacher in Design thinking and innovación at Escuela de Periodismo Multimedia El Tiempo. Alba Lucía also worked at EL TIEMPO Casa Editorial as a Design Strategy and UX Designer. Alba has a strong background in design thinking, lean startup methodologies, and solving innovation challenges.

Alba Lucía Olaya attended Universidad de Los Andes from 2011 to 2017, where they earned a degree in Diseño with a focus on producto. In 2018 and 2019, they pursued a specialization in Creative Industries at QUT (Queensland University of Technology).
