Juan Dura

Juan Dura's work experience includes a diverse range of roles and responsibilities. Juan currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Zubale starting from December 2021. Prior to that, Juan worked at Arkano Software from 2014 to 2021 in various positions, including Manager of Delivery, Manager of Data & Processes, and Manager of Shared Services. As Manager of Delivery, they were responsible for recruiting and managing a team, implementing training plans, and providing feedback. In their role as Manager of Data & Processes, Juan led a business unit focused on process automation and data analysis. As Manager of Shared Services, they managed infrastructure and DevOps services. Before Arkano Software, Juan worked as an Engineering Manager at a Swiss company, where they led a team in the construction of a financial reporting product. Juan also worked at Abengoa as a Development Tech Lead and at Dewak S.A.S. and Service Repair Solutions as a Software Engineer in various capacities, including .NET, Java, and PHP development.
