İpek Kılavuz

İpek Kılavuz currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at ZÜBER since August 2023. Previously, İpek held various roles at Skechers Türkiye from November 2020 to July 2023, including Human Resources and Procurement Director and Human Resources Director. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Human Resources at Koton (December 2017 - November 2020) and Human Resources Cluster Head at Sony (September 2014 - July 2017), where İpek also worked as Regional HR Operations Lead. İpek's career began in supply chain, logistics, and project management at İNCİTAŞ (İnci Akü), HIPRA (Spain), and PENTA (GE Healthcare) from April 2005 to September 2014. İpek holds a master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Gazi University (2004 - 2007) and a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Baskent University (2000 - 2004), with a high school degree in Math and Science from TED Ankara Koleji (1997 - 2000).
