Gonzalo Lafita Bernar

Gonzalo Lafita Bernar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Gonzalo started their career as a CONSULTOR INDUSTRIAL at Talleres de Gernika, where they worked on a project to reorganize the distribution of machinery in the plant. In 1996, they joined Solmicro Zucchetti, Soluciones TI, as a Consultor Senior, responsible for implementing and launching products, and providing training to users. Gonzalo then progressed to the role of Director de proyectos, where they supported pre-sales activities and conceptualized solutions for projects. Later, they took on the role of Product & Project Manager, designing new solutions in the ERP and CRM sectors, specifically in areas such as purchasing and logistics for banking companies. Since January 2017, Gonzalo has been serving as the HR Infinity Product Manager at Solmicro Zucchetti, where they have successfully introduced the "Infinity" solution for HR management in the Spanish market. Gonzalo has also worked on marketing strategies, localization efforts, and team formation for sales and consulting.

Gonzalo Lafita Bernar has a background in both business administration and industrial engineering. In 1987, they began their education at Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, where they pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering. This program lasted for eight years and concluded in 1995. During this period, Gonzalo focused on studying industrial organization.

More recently, from 2011 to 2012, Gonzalo pursued an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from the same university. This program allowed him to deepen their knowledge in general business administration, focusing on managing companies effectively.
