Mohamatha Begam

Mohamatha Begam began their work experience in 2011 as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Technology at Arunai College of Engineering. In 2015, they took on the role of IT Recruiter at innoValus Technologies for a brief period. Later that year, they joined SpringPeople Software Private Limited as a Trainer Relationship Manager, where they collaborated with trainers and the sales team to ensure high-quality training programs for clients. In 2016, they transitioned to Tavant and served as an L&D Coordinator until 2017. Mohamatha then held the position of Senior Executive Human Resources until 2020, when they became an Associate Manager Human Resources. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Zuci Systems as the Manager of Talent Nurturing.

Mohamatha Begam completed their Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Computer Science from Arunai Engineering College between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Kamban Engineering College from 2005 to 2009. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the EX Certification from PeopleMatters in July 2020 and became a Certified Learning & Development Manager from Middle Earth HR in July 2018.
