Julia Ponder

Julia Ponder is an experienced Technical Writer with a background in content operations and education. Currently engaged with Resolutions (Int) and Zudello since February and April 2024, respectively, Julia has previously held technical writing positions at Co-Mart Software, RedEye, and Go1. At Go1, responsibilities included content onboarding and documenting processes, drawing on teaching skills and helpdesk experience. Julia's work with Co-Mart Software involved creating policies and training manuals for the IT department of a large retail company. Earlier, Julia provided helpdesk support at PBT and held teaching roles at TAFE Queensland. Julia holds a Bachelor of Education from Deakin University and a CELTA qualification from The University of Queensland.
