Cedric Hofstetter

Cedric Hofstetter has over 15 years of experience in compliance roles. Cedric started their career as a Compliance Officer at AWKF Rechtsanwälte in 2004 and worked there until 2007. Cedric then joined Jyske Bank as a Compliance Officer from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they moved to Partners Group and worked as a Compliance Officer until 2014. Since 2015, they have been with Zuger Kantonalbank, where they held various positions including Compliance Officer, Head of Client and Product Data, and currently serves as the Head of Operational Compliance.

Cedric Hofstetter has a diverse education history. In 1999, they began their studies at the University of Zurich, where they pursued a degree in Law, eventually earning the designation of cand. iur. Cedric continued their education at the Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz, completing a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing and Communication, between 2006 and 2010.

In 2017, Cedric attended the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, participating in a program called CAS Digital Banking. This program provided him with specialized knowledge and skills related to the field of digital banking. In 2020, they further expanded their expertise by enrolling in the Agile Strategien & Digital Leadership program at the IKF Institut für Kommunikation und Führung.

Cedric also possesses additional certifications. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Design Thinking from the ZEIT Akademie. Additionally, in 2022, they acquired the Praxisausbilder certification from the bbz st.gallen ag | Bankenberatungszentrum.
