Ana Patrícia Correia

Ana Patrícia Correia currently serves as EMEA Senior People Partner & Group P&C Project Lead at Zühlke Group, where additional responsibilities include Head of Employer Branding for Portugal, Serbia, and Bulgaria, as well as HR Lead for Portugal. Prior to this, Ana held the position of HR Manager at Klöckner Pentaplast, leading the establishment of a Finance Shared Service Centre in Porto and implementing comprehensive HR functions. Ana's experience also includes serving as Learning & Development Manager at MAHLE, overseeing training initiatives and brand representation, and as Human Resources Business Partner at Norsk Hydro, managing recruitment and onboarding programs. Ana holds an Executive Master in Human Resources Management from Católica Porto Business School and has pursued additional education at INSEAD and Porto Business School.
