Milica Jovicic

Milica Jovicic serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Zühlke Group, overseeing recruitment efforts in Serbia, Bulgaria, Portugal, and the UK since January 2024, while also leading Talent Acquisition for the Global Delivery Center. Previously, Milica held positions as Recruitment Team Lead and Senior Talent Relation & Recruiting Expert at Zühlke Group from May 2019 to March 2022. Prior experience includes a Senior Consultant role at Heads Talent Solutions and a long tenure at Adecco Serbia, where Milica advanced from Senior Consultant to Recruitment Consultant, specializing in recruitment projects, assessment centers, and training programs. Milica has attained certifications from Hogan Assessment and the European Association for Psychotherapy and is a certified counselor.
