Cindy Smid

Cindy Smid is a partner and civil-law notary at Zuidbroek Notarissen, specializing in advising national and international clients on company law and financial supervision and regulation since September 2015. Previously, Cindy held the position of partner and candidate-civil law notary at Zuidbroek Ondernemingsrecht notarissen from January 2015 to September 2015. Prior experience includes serving as a senior associate at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek from September 2005 to December 2014 and at Stibbe from April 1998 to August 2005. Cindy holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Groningen, completed in 1998, and has further education in securities law from Grotius in 2005.
