Charlotte Gielen

Charlotte Gielen currently holds the position of Hoofd HRM at Udens College, Elde College, and Christiaan Huygens College since January 2022, while also serving as Hoofd personeel en organisatie at Christiaan Huygens College since February 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Manager Servicebureau Personeelszaken and HR-adviseur at ZuidZorg, and HR-businesspartner at Pantein Zorggroep. Charlotte has extensive experience in HR development, training, and organizational management, having worked at Randstad in various HR advisory and training roles. Early career experiences include teaching Dutch at EPI Sector Economico Aruba and Onze-Lieve-Vrouwelyceum. Charlotte Gielen holds degrees in Dutch education from Fontys University and further qualifications in training and educational sciences from the Trainersacademie.
