Norman Arjonilla has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Norman began their career as a Quality Control Intern at FSO, where they gained valuable experience working with veteran Quality Control Manager teams. Norman then moved on to Non-Profit Organizations, where they worked as a Quality Control Manager from 2010 to 2015 and again from 2016 to 2021. At these organizations, Norman was responsible for ensuring quality standards and processes were met.

In 2020, they joined Blackstone Medical Services as a Quality Control Manager, where they played a pivotal role in helping organizations expand by implementing effective strategies and achieving predictable successful results. Norman's tenure at Blackstone Medical Services is ongoing.

Most recently, in 2022, they joined Zulay Kitchen as the Vice President of Human Resources and also took up the role of Vice President of Ecommerce. In these positions, they are responsible for overseeing the human resources department and managing the company's ecommerce operations.
