Ludivine Beltramelli has a strong background in human resources, with experience working in various roles and companies. Ludivine is currently the Director of People & Culture at Zulu Alpha Kilo, a position they have held since April 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Forsman & Bodenfors as a Bilingual Senior Manager in HR from May 2017 to April 2020, and as a Bilingual Human Resources Manager from October 2016 to May 2017. Before joining Forsman & Bodenfors, they served as a Bilingual Regional Human Resources Generalist at Westmont Hospitality Group from May 2015 to October 2016. Ludivine also worked at Oncidium as a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist from June 2013 to May 2015, and at Orange as a Chargé de gestion de formation from May 2011 to December 2011.

Ludivine Beltramelli, MSHR, BCs (she/her) has a comprehensive education history spanning various fields. In 2006, they began their academic journey at the University of Montpellier, where they pursued a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in General studies. Following this, from 2010 to 2011, they attended IAE Montpellier, where they earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, with a focus on General and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).

Continuing their pursuit of knowledge and language proficiency, in 2012, Ludivine attended the EF Executive Language Institute, where they completed courses in TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) and CAE (Certificate in Advanced English), primarily focusing on English language proficiency.
