Daniella Sladen has nine years of professional experience. Daniella began their career in 2010 as a Mechanical Systems Intern at Pratt & Whitney, where they provided schedules and status updates for a gear carburization experiment and helped optimize the process for production gears. Daniella also supported technical field investigations and quality notifications. In 2011, they returned to Pratt & Whitney as a Mechanical Systems Intern, where they assisted in the analysis of seals for a high oil consumption investigation and worked closely with a design of experiments for the Pure Power engine, tracking hardware, analyzing measurements, and overseeing assembly/disassembly. In 2012, they worked as an Aerodynamics Performance Intern at Boeing, where they supported high-speed software testing and verification testing for landing distances and supporting flight manuals. In 2018, they joined Parametric Solutions, Inc. as a Gas Turbine Design/Structures Engineer II, where they were responsible for finite element analysis in bearing compartments including 2D and 3D modeling, strength analysis, low cycle fatigue, high cycle fatigue, and failure modes. Daniella also assisted in engineering changes, investigations, and re-design to parts on various commercial and military programs, reducing cost on the part. In 2019, they joined PEOPayGo as Chief Technology Officer and I.T. Implementation Manager. Finally, in 2020, they became Co-Founder and CTO of Zulu Pods, Inc.

Daniella Sladen obtained their Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Central Florida in 2013. Daniella then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance, General from the University of Connecticut School of Business, which they completed in 2019.
