Stephen Donaldson

Stephen Donaldson has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Head of Operations at Zulzi since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Aldi UK as an Area Manager from July 2016 to May 2021. Stephen also served as a Civil Engineer at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff from August 2015 to May 2016. Before transitioning into the corporate sector, Stephen worked at Teach First as a Maths Teacher and Leader of Learning. Stephen completed the Teach First programme from September 2012 to August 2015, during which they demonstrated strong teaching skills, teamwork, data analysis, and leadership abilities. As a Leader of Learning, they introduced a new scheme of learning, conducted collaborative planning meetings, and improved teaching quality across different key stages.

Stephen Donaldson attended The University of Edinburgh from 2007 to 2012, where they earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Civil Engineering. Following that, they enrolled at Sheffield Hallam University in 2012 and completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (Teach First) the following year. Stephen then pursued further education at The University of Manchester from 2013 to 2015, obtaining a Postgraduate Diploma - MA Education (Teach First Leadership).
