Yana Hafurova has an extensive work experience in the food service industry. Yana started their career at Ak Saray - Restaurant in 2008, where they worked as a Line Chef in the hot and cold kitchen, focusing on Middle Asian cuisine. Yana then moved on to Italia Restaurant in 2009, where they worked as a Sous Chef, responsible for managing kitchen staff and training new employees.
