Ann Parry

Ann Parry is the Owner and Photographer at Ann Parry Photography, established in 2014, where a focus is placed on capturing portraits, cultural arts, politics, classic cars, and Long Island's aviation history. Additionally, Ann Parry operates a photo blog titled "From Long Island," highlighting diverse aspects of life in Long Island and New York City since 2010. In 2017, Ann Parry provided campaign photography and videography for various political candidates, alongside contract work as a news photographer for ZUMA Press from 2012. Experience also includes freelancing for Long Island Community Newspapers from 2013 to 2017 and serving as the VP of Publicity and Photographer for the Merrick-Bellmore Community Concert Association from 2005 to 2011. Ann Parry began a teaching career in writing, English, and reading at Bellmore-Merrick CHSD from 1973 to 2006, which included mentoring students in the literary-art magazine.
