Tracy Lee has an extensive career in human resources, beginning with a role as Benefit Coordinator at Marsden from June 1998 to October 2000, followed by positions as Human Resources Representative/Benefit Coordinator and Human Resources Manager at Sagebrush Corporation from July 2002 to May 2006. Tracy served as Human Resources Director at Tandem Library Group from May 2006 to May 2007 before joining Zumbro Valley Health Center in April 2007, where leadership roles have included Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Human Resources Director. Tracy holds an MBA in Human Resources from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business and a BS in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

Zumbro Valley Health Center is a private non-profit organization that provides mental health, substance use disorder, primary care, and community-based services to twelve counties throughout southeastern Minnesota.
