Denise Fenton has extensive experience in compliance and operational management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Compliance Special Projects professional at Zumiez since March 2022, Denise focuses on improving due diligence processes and has modernized a testing program for global markets. Previously, as Executive Director of Quality Certification Alliance from June 2008 to August 2020, Denise developed an accreditation program for the promotional products industry, emphasizing product safety and compliance with regulatory standards. Prior roles include Managing Director for Intertex Asia, where Denise managed operations exceeding US$100 million, and positions at Factory Assurance and Qualification, LLC, Wal-Mart Stores Inc., and Nordstrom, Inc. Denise holds a Master of Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from City University of Hong Kong, a Master of Pacific and International Affairs from the University of California, San Diego, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Willamette University.
