Jacqueline Sotelo

Jacqueline Sotelo has extensive experience in operations management and substance abuse counseling. Since April 2010, Jacqueline has held multiple roles at Zumiez, advancing from Expediting Associate to DC Operations Manager, overseeing various functions such as VAS, CFL, and backstock. Prior experience includes serving as a Substance Abuse Counselor at Center Point, Inc. and Whiteside Manor, and a Dental Assistant at Western Dental. Jacqueline also has a background in retail, having worked as a Main Cashier at Virgin Mega Store and MJM Designer Shoes. Jacqueline holds a certification in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling from InterCoast Colleges-Riverside, earned in 2008.
