Steve Louden has extensive experience in finance and corporate governance, currently serving as the Audit Committee Chair on the Board of Directors for Zumiez and SunPower Corporation. Previously, Steve held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Roku and served in multiple roles at Expedia, Inc., including Treasurer, Vice President and Assistant Treasurer, and Vice President of Corporate Finance.
