Kay Tran is a Creative Director at [Zumper](/org/zumper), and has previously served in similar positions at Amazon and [Stitch Fix](/org/stitch-fix). Kay has also worked as an Art Director Intern at Composition4.

Kay has a wide range of experience in the creative field, and has been responsible for the online experience of all Amazon Devices, as well as overseeing a team of 10+ designers, Art Directors and Motion Artists. Kay has also led campaigns for device launches and company-wide events such as the launch of Echo Frame, Echo Loop, Fire TV 4k Stick, Fire Tablets and the September Alexa event in 2019.

At [Stitch Fix](/org/stitch-fix), Kay was responsible for creating and managing all acquisition/new user facing creative, including digital ads, interactive ads (Facebook Canvas), print and video ads. Kay also created the first Mobile Campaign, Acquisition Campaign and the first Brand Spot. Kay collaborated closely with Facebook Creative team to explore new Facebook and Instagram ad format: Canvas, Facebook Live, Facebook Slideshows.

Kay began their career as an Art Director Intern at Composition4 before taking on the role of Creative at Rockmelt. Kay then became an Art Director at Yahoo before moving to their current position at Amazon.

Tanguy Le Louarn is the Chief Product Officer at [Zumper](/org/zumper). Tanguy was previously the Manager of Marketing at Wize Commerce from October 2011 to March 2014. Prior to that, they were an Investment Banking Associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from January 2007 to April 2011, where they worked in Corporate Debt Capital Markets France & Belux. Tanguy also worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at SGCIB from March 2006 to December 2006, and as an Investment Banking Intern at Dresdner Kleinwort from September 2005 to February 2006.

Tina Sy is the current VP of People Ops at [Zumper](/org/zumper). Tina has also previously worked as the Head of PeopleOps at [HelloSign](/org/hellosign) from September 2017 to October 2019. At [HelloSign](/org/hellosign), they were responsible for managing a team of up to 10 people to support the employee life cycle, which includes employer branding, recruiting, on-boarding, engagement, compensation, learning & development, employee relations, office operations, event planning, corporate communication, and executive administration. 

Under their leadership, the company grew from 60 to 170+ employees and they hired 5 key leaders. Tina also administered quarterly employee engagement surveys and influenced leadership to create a dedicated project team to upgrade our product administration tools. In addition, they created content and delivered training sessions to enable employees on topics ranging from delivering feedback/radical candor, high performing teams, personality profiling, influencing strategies, talent mapping, and unconscious bias. 

Tina has also been responsible for evolving HR policies to support SOC II audits, internal mobility for a globally distributed workforce, conversion of FLSA employment status, and changes in compensation structure and leveling. As part of the $1M Revenue Squad for our newest product HelloWorks, they have influenced changes in marketing comms/branding and enabled internal testing for product/market fit.

Shalin Amin is the current Chief Experience Officer at [Zumper](/org/zumper). Prior to this, they were the VP of Design at [CloudKitchens](/org/cloudkitchens), a startup that builds smart kitchens for delivery-only restaurants. Shalin also served as the Global Head of Brand at [Uber](/org/uber), where they helped to define the global visual identity and brand strategy. Shalin has also founded their own company, socialize.it, and has served as a Director of Design and Senior Designer at Hot Studio and BSTRO respectively.

Anthemos Georgiades is the CEO and co-founder of Zumper, a rental marketplace startup. Anthemos was previously an investment manager at Atomico Ventures and an economic advisor to the British Conservative Party during the 2010 election. Prior to that, they worked as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group.

Russell has a long and illustrious career in technology, with their most recent previous position being at Google as a web solutions engineer from April 2007 to February 2012. Russell has also worked as an associate consultant at Marakon Associates from March 2005 to March 2007.

Dan Bachelder is the current Chief Technical Officer at [Zumper](/org/zumper). Dan has over fifteen years of experience in software development and engineering. 

Dan's career began in 2001 as a software developer for I-many, Inc. Dan stayed with the company for two years before moving on to Sunbelt Consulting, Inc. as a development consultant. Dan provided contract development services and support for development and production environments for just over a year before leaving the company in 2007. 

For the next four years, Dan worked freelance as a software engineer. In 2009, they joined IW Financial as a senior developer and remained with the company until 2011. That same year, they also became a principal at Busted Loop LLC. Dan held that position until 2014 when they were appointed Director of Engineering at Webtab, Inc. 

Dan has been with [Zumper](/org/zumper) since 2015 and currently serves as the company's CTO.

Prior to joining [Zumper](/org/zumper), Hou served as Managing Assistant General Counsel at [Coinbase](/org/coinbase) from April 2018 to October 2019. Aaron was previously Senior Corporate Counsel at Twitter from September 2015 to April 2018, and before that, Assistant General Counsel at Walmart Labs from June 2014 to September 2015. Hou began their legal career as an Associate at [Fenwick & West](/org/fenwick-west) from October 2006 to May 2014.

Linh Doan Vo is the SVP and Controller at [Zumper](/org/zumper). Linh has over fifteen years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on public companies. Linh began their career as an accountant at Facebook and Ebates before being promoted to Accounting Manager at Twitter. In 2014, they joined [Sunrun](/org/sunrun) as Senior Manager of Revenue Accounting and helped the company transition to public. After two years at [Sunrun](/org/sunrun), they joined Lily Robotics as Controller. However, the company shut down in 2016. Linh then returned to [Zumper](/org/zumper), where they have been ever since.
