Andrew Disimone

Director, Customer Success at Zuora

Andrew DiSimone has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Andrew is currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Zuora, a cloud-based software provider that enables companies to launch and transform into subscription-based businesses. Prior to this, Andrew held the role of Investor/Advisor at Tokyobike, where they provided strategic guidance on eCommerce and digital marketing efforts and consulted on overall brand direction for the US market.

Andrew also has a significant tenure at Adobe, where they held various positions in the Customer Success department. Andrew served as the Senior Manager of Customer Success for Workfront, Manager of Customer Success for the Media and Entertainment (M&E) vertical, Team Lead of Customer Success for the M&E vertical, and Senior Customer Success Manager. These roles involved ensuring customer satisfaction and success within the designated verticals.

Before joining Adobe, Andrew worked as the Director of Digital at StartUp Health, a company focused on the development and growth of digital health startups. Andrew also gained experience at Responsys as the Director of Customer Success, leading efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Prior to these roles, Andrew held positions at Canvas New York, Indigo Design LLC, Corsis, FinishRich Media, and Nielsen, where they worked in various capacities such as Director of Client Services, Senior Project Manager, Web/e-Commerce Manager, and Brand Manager respectively.

Andrew DiSimone has a B.S. degree in Marketing from Penn State University. Andrew also completed select coursework in Media Studies at The New School.
