Jenny Yin

Jenny Yin has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Jenny started their career at Crown Records Management as a Customer Service Representative, where they handled service requests, created work orders, and maintained records. After that, they joined Happylatte as an IT Dept. Assistant and later became an IT Coordinator. In this role, their responsibilities included managing IT assets, accounts, and access permission, handling help desk requests, and managing various technical tasks. Jenny then worked at Sunny Information Technology Service, Inc. as an ID & Access Engineer, responsible for managing user identities and access. Currently, they are working at Zuora as a Senior Information Technology Specialist, where they bring their expertise to support the company's IT infrastructure.

Jenny Yin attended Beijing Foreign Studies University from 2004 to 2007, where they studied English Language and Literature/Letters. Jenny did not obtain a degree during this time. Additionally, Jenny Yin obtained the certifications of Okta Certified Professional from Okta in March 2022 and Jamf Certified Tech from Jamf in May 2018.
