Rémi Troncy

Rémi Troncy has extensive work experience spanning over two decades in the technology and IT services industry.

Rémi began their career as a Software Developer Intern at Thomson Multimedia where they gained valuable experience for several months.

Rémi then joined SchlumbergerSema as a Delivery Team Leader, where they implemented Telco Billing & Customer Care products for various customers in EMEA. Rémi also served as a Team Lead for development and project customizations, delivering innovative solutions such as an internet bill-viewer.

After SchlumbergerSema, Rémi worked at Lucent Technologies Bell Labs Innovations as a Billing Systems Integration Project Consultant, and later joined CSG Systems as a Performance & Architecture Consultant.

Rémi then joined Comverse (now Amdocs and Mavenir) as a Technical Solutions Architect, handling the delivery of converged BSS solutions. Rémi later took on the role of Worldwide BSS Delivery Engineering Director, where they oversaw system engineering, technical architecture, infrastructure, and consulting for major clients.

Rémi then joined BearingPoint, initially serving as a Senior Manager in IT Advisory/Technology Consulting, and later as a Senior Technology Architect for Digital Platform Solutions.

Currently, Rémi works at Zuora as a Senior Solution Architect in Global Services, involved in project implementations across multiple industries.

Throughout their career, Rémi has demonstrated expertise in technical architecture, project management, and delivering innovative solutions for clients in the technology industry.

Rémi Troncy has a strong educational background in engineering and computer science. Rémi attended INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained a Master's degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering. Additionally, in 1997 and 1998, Rémi studied Computer Engineering at Clemson University.

In terms of certifications, Rémi has obtained several credentials related to billing and implementation. In 2019, they earned the Zuora Billing Certified Analyst certification from Zuora. In 2022, they became a Zuora Billing Certified Consultant. Subsequently, Rémi obtained various Zuora Billing certifications, including Zuora Billing 101, Zuora Billing 201, Zuora Billing 301, and Zuora Billing Delivery Architect Certification, all in February 2023. Furthermore, they received the Zuora Implementation Guide 101 certification in the same month. In 2016, Rémi achieved the Sales Associate for Infonova v7 certification from Beyond Now and became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance.
