Roxanne Boydell (she/her)

Roxanne Boydell has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Roxanne started their career as a Systems Analyst at DuPont in 2011. In 2015, they worked as a Seasonal Sales Associate at Next Retail Ltd. Then, from 2016 to 2018, they served as an HR and Training Coordinator at all3media, where they gained experience in HR administrative services and obtained a CIPD Level 5 Certificate. Roxanne then joined Warner Bros. International Television Production UK as a Senior Human Resources Assistant, quickly earning a promotion to HR Advisor within 7 months and successfully leading an apprenticeship day. From 2019 to 2021, Roxanne worked as a Human Resources Advisor at Warner Bros International Television Production, serving as the main point of contact for HQ staff and providing support to international operating companies' HR teams. Roxanne created and launched a monthly newsletter to keep employees globally connected and engaged. Most recently, Roxanne worked at Zephr as a People Experience Specialist, a People Operations Specialist, and a Senior People Operations Partner. In 2023, they joined Zuora as a Senior People Operations Partner.

Roxanne Boydell (she/her) completed their education in Sociology and Social Policy at Bournemouth University from 2011 to 2014. Following that, they pursued a degree in Global citizenships, Identities, and Human Rights at the University of Nottingham from 2014 to 2015. Roxanne also holds a Level 5 Certification from CIPD, although the month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
