Taiyr Begeyev

Taiyr Begeyev has a diverse work experience in software engineering and development roles. Taiyr started their career as a Frontend Web Developer Intern at MEDIKURA Digital Health, where they built React.js/Redux app and worked on Node.js microservices. Taiyr then worked as a Teaching Assistant at Jacobs University Bremen, supporting programming courses in C and C++, as well as databases and web services.

Taiyr later became a Full Stack Developer (Working Student) at MEDIKURA Digital Health, contributing to the development of their digital infrastructure for drug safety. Taiyr also co-founded a company called Pryzl, where they served as a Cofounder.

At epap, Taiyr worked as a Software Developer (Working Student), responsible for assembling a B2B product and setting up the full-stack infrastructure. Taiyr also created the sandbox and production environments to streamline development and deployment.

Taiyr joined THG as a Graduate Software Engineer (Mobile Apps), working on initiatives to enhance mobile commerce experiences. Taiyr led the migration from Webview to a native product page in React Native, resulting in a significant increase in the add to basket rate. Later, they took on the role of Software Engineer at Zuora.

Throughout their work experience, Taiyr demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a focus on delivering optimal and cost-effective solutions.

Taiyr Begeyev completed their secondary education in Computer Science at Lyceum #134 from 2015 to 2018. Afterwards, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Jacobs University Bremen from 2018 to 2021.
