Vishala Kedari has extensive experience in application support and technical support roles, currently serving as a Principal Application Support Engineer at Zuora since September 2017. Prior to this position, Vishala progressed through various roles at the same company, including Senior Application Support Engineer and Customer Support Advocate. Before joining Zuora, Vishala worked at Mapp Digital from September 2016 to August 2017 as a Senior Technical Support Analyst and Technical Support Analyst. Additionally, Vishala gained foundational experience at Teradata Marketing Applications as a Technical Support Analyst from March 2015 to September 2016.
