Milja Nohynek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and business design. Currently serving as People Lead, Expert Lead, and Business Design Lead at Zure since June 2021, Milja has demonstrated expertise in fostering organizational growth. Prior to this role, Milja was a Consultant at Digital Illustrated from October 2013 to June 2021, working on consumer-grade enterprise solutions using Microsoft technologies. Earlier experience includes an HR Assistant position at Metsä Tissue, where responsibilities involved SAP updates and support for international projects, and a Personal Assessment Assistant role at Psycon, focusing on organizing assessment days. Milja holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems and Services from Aalto University and completed exchange studies at HEC Montréal in 2012.
