Florian Froning

Florian Froning is a Lead Application Scientist specializing in Quantum Technologies at Zurich Instruments, where responsibilities include sales and support for Quantum Computing Control Systems and managing applications for semiconductor spin qubits since May 2021. Prior to this role, Florian served as an Application Scientist at the same company and worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher and PhD Student at Universität Basel from March 2016 to March 2021. Florian holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Basel, obtained in 2020, and a Master of Science in Physics from the University of Konstanz, completed in 2015.
