Alexandra Santos

Alexandra Santos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management across several prominent companies. Currently serving as the Superintendente of the Shared Service Center at Zurich Insurance since September 2018, Alexandra oversees the procurement, facilities, and sustainability operations, managing strategic purchase negotiations across LATAM and globally. Previously, Alexandra held leadership roles at Allianz Partners and Europ Assistance, where responsibilities included implementing purchasing structures and managing substantial procurement volumes. Alexandra's career began at Rockwell Automation, focusing on international purchases, and includes significant roles in other renowned organizations such as Linde Gases Brasil and Grupo Pão de Açúcar. Alexandra holds an Executive MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from USP, a specialization in Sustainability from Imperial College London, and a Bachelor's degree in Administration with a focus on International Trade from Universidade Paulista.
