Colin Bell

Colin Bell is an experienced litigation attorney with a robust legal background spanning over two decades. Currently serving at Zurich Insurance since September 2018, Colin specializes in defending civil lawsuits, covering areas such as transportation law, freight and cargo claims, regulatory enforcement, premises liability, and product liability. Prior experience includes roles as Principal and Associate at Franklin & Prokopik, P.C. from June 2004 to September 2018, as well as an Associate at Funk & Bolton, where Colin focused on life, health, and disability lawsuits. Earlier in the career, Colin gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at Jackson & Campbell, P.C. specializing in toxic tort litigation. Colin holds a Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Dundee.
