Jay Tutt possesses extensive experience in customer service and operations within the insurance and wealth management sectors. Currently serving as Head of Customer Service & Operations at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, Jay has previously held key leadership roles at ANZ, including Head of Insurance Operations for Wealth Australia and Head of Contact Centre for Global Wealth. Additionally, Jay has served as National Customer Service Manager at ING Australia Ltd. Jay Tutt holds a Master of Business Administration from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, completed in 2006.
