Kornelia Papp

Kornelia Papp is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, and intelligent automation. Currently serving as Group Head of Conversational AI and Automation at Zurich Insurance, Kornelia also founded and organizes NLP Zurich, the leading NLP platform in Switzerland. Previously, Kornelia made significant contributions as Head of Product Intelligence at iptiQ by Swiss Re, and held academic positions as a Module Lead and Lecturer at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Kornelia's career includes roles at Google and IMD Business School, as well as various data science and linguistic engineering positions at renowned organizations. Kornelia holds a PhD in Cognitive Linguistics from Eötvös Loránd University.
