Kristin Holter

Kristin Holter is an experienced human resources leader with a robust background in organizational change management and sustainability. During tenure at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, Kristin served as Head of HR for Zurich Global Ventures, managing a team across 26 countries and advising the CEO on strategic business initiatives. Prior roles at Philip Morris International involved leading HR capability building, HR governance, and talent management strategies, achieving significant accolades such as 'Top Employer Switzerland.' Kristin’s earlier experience includes positions at Bacardi, where Kristin facilitated organizational transformation, and at Deloitte Consulting, focusing on large-scale change management projects. Kristin holds a Master of Science in Management & Human Resource Management from The London School of Economics and is a Fellow Chartered Member of CIPD.
