Marcel Sanz

Marcel Sanz is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the technology and insurance sectors, currently serving as the Global HRBP for IT Services, Data, AI, Cyber Security, and Business Technology Solutions at Zurich Insurance since September 2010. In this role, Marcel supports various technological pillars, including Cyber Security and Data, while also formulating strategies for workforce management. Previously, Marcel was the HR Head at Zurich Klinc, overseeing people operations for a digital insurance startup, and the HR Director for ServiZurich, managing a Global Technology Hub with a team of six HR experts. Prior professional experience includes HR Director roles at Honda España and Sony España, along with academic credentials such as an Executive MBA from IESE Business School and a Master's in Internet Business from ISDI. Marcel holds a Licentiate degree in Psychology from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
