Nicole Yates

Nicole Yates has extensive experience in the Accident & Health insurance sector, currently serving as the Head of Accident & Health - Commercial at Zurich Financial Services Australia since April 2020. Previously, Nicole held the position of Head of Accident & Health - Australia at AXA XL from 2016 to 2020 and worked at Zurich Financial Services Australia in various roles from 2010 to 2016, including National Underwriter and Underwriting Manager for Accident & Health in NSW/ACT. Nicole's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Underwriter at AIG and as an Underwriter at ACE Insurance Ltd. Nicole earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from the University of Western Sydney from 1998 to 2002.
