Shota Tanaka is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation, business development, and strategic planning within the insurance and automotive industries. Currently serving as the Innovation & Business Development Senior Manager at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd since December 2015, Shota leads the ideation and execution of innovative initiatives and manages internal change programs to foster a culture of innovation.
