Tomais Gaughan

Tomais Gaughan ACII is an experienced Upstream Energy Underwriter currently with SiriusPoint since October 2018, focusing on underwriting upstream energy property damage, OEE, liability, LOPI, and LOH in Lloyds of London and international markets. Prior to this role, Tomais served as an Upstream Energy Underwriter at Aspen Insurance Group from September 2012 to October 2018, where responsibilities included similar underwriting tasks and participation in a graduate scheme that provided exposure to various underwriting teams. Tomais began a career in the insurance industry as an intern at Andrew Thompson & Associates Insurance Brokers, gaining valuable experience in market broking and client support. Tomais holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Exeter and completed A Levels at Framlingham College, Suffolk.
