Arleen Briseno

Arleen Briseno is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various roles in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Zurn Elkay Water Solutions since May 2024, Arleen previously held the position of Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Weber Logistics from August 2022 to May 2024, where responsibilities included aligning business objectives with employee management and delivering value-added HR services. Prior to that, Arleen was a Human Resources Generalist at DCI Hollow Metal from September 2018 to August 2022, supporting the HR Director in managing key departmental goals and core responsibilities. Arleen began their career as a Human Resources Assistant and Administrative Assistant at Weir Minerals from August 2015 to July 2018. Arleen holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from California State University, Fullerton, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration and Management from Mt. San Antonio College.
