Douglas Hecht

Douglas Hecht has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Douglas began their career as a Student Employee at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in 2009 and worked there until 2013. Douglas then worked as a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator and Kinesiologist at PT Plus from 2013 to 2016. Following that, they joined the Wisconsin Athletic Club, LLC as a Certified Personal Trainer Leader from 2016 to 2018. Douglas then transitioned into the corporate world, working at Kohl's from 2018 to 2021 in various roles, including Analyst, HR Operations, Black Professional's Business Resource Group - Communications Leader, Associate Business Operations Analyst - HR (Project Management), and Centralized Staffing Specialist.
