Emma McTague

Emma McTague (Mathews) is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive leadership experience across various industries. Currently serving as Director on the Board of Zurn Elkay Water Solutions and as a Board Member for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley, Emma also holds the position of SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Oshkosh Corporation. Prior roles include Vice President of Global Human Resources at JLG Industries and Senior Director of HR for North America at The Hershey Company. Emma has a strong background in talent management and organizational development, having held HR leadership roles at GE Water and Process Technologies and Gateway. Emma's educational background includes an MBA in International Business from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor's degree in Management from University College Cork.
